Living in a world not designed for you

Rosie Weldon is a neurodivergent finance analyst, author and advocate based in the UK, and the co-founder of AutiPocket. She was diagnosed as neurodivergent at 25, after years of anxiety, burnout and striving to succeed in professional environments that were not designed with neurodivergent people in mind. For Rosie, that late diagnosis did not change who she was, but it brought long needed explanation and relief. It helped her understand herself more clearly and stop blaming herself for systems that were never built to include her.

Rosie's response was not to withdraw, but to act. Driven by a strong entrepreneurial instinct and a determination to create change, she built a successful career in finance within inclusive organisations that recognised her strengths and supported her needs. Alongside this, she began sharing her life openly through her writing, books and online platforms.

Her voice is honest, compelling and unfiltered, and now reaches millions of people each month, helping others better understand neurodivergent life while challenging outdated narratives.

Not everyone has a Charlie

At the heart of Rosie's story is her brother, Charlie Weldon. He has been the steady presence she could turn to when the world felt overwhelming, when instructions were unclear, or when support was needed most. That calm, grounding support shaped Rosie's understanding of what meaningful help looks like and how powerful it can be. It also highlighted a hard truth. Many neurodivergent adults do not have a Charlie to call.

AutiPocket was born. Co-founded by Rosie and Charlie, the app takes the kind of support Rosie has relied on throughout her life and places it into every neurodivergent adult's pocket. AutiPocket bridges the gap between neurodivergent employees and the organisations that want to support them, offering practical, empowering help without requiring disclosure.

Rosie believes that inclusion is not just the right thing to do, it is a business advantage. Neurodivergent employees often think differently, applying logic, pattern recognition and systems thinking that others may not naturally reach. When businesses support and include neurodivergent employees, they become stronger, more innovative and more agile.

Rosie's ambition goes far beyond one product. She wants to change the world of work for everyone, because everyone brings value.
