About AutiPocket
Built from lived experience, for real life.
The story of Rosie and Charlie
Rosie is neurodivergent and has built a successful career in the financial sector. But behind every achievement has been Charlie, her constant support, the person she can call when she's overwhelmed, struggling to process a situation, or just needs someone who understands.
Whether it's navigating a cancelled train, processing a difficult conversation, or managing sensory overload, Charlie has always been there.
But Rosie realised something important: not every neurodivergent adult is lucky enough to have a Charlie.
That's why they created AutiPocket, to put that support in every neurodivergent adult's pocket. Real human help, calm tools, and safe spaces, available whenever you need them.
“AutiPocket will take the support that I've had and put it in every neurodivergent adult's pocket.”
Built by lived experience
AutiPocket isn't designed by researchers looking in from the outside. It's created by neurodivergent people who understand the daily challenges because they live them.
The team combines lived neurodivergent experience with product expertise to create something authentic, support that actually helps, designed the way it should have always existed.
Social impact at our core
AutiPocket believes that support for neurodivergent adults should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their circumstances. That's why the app is free for individuals, with no paywall standing between people and the support they need.
AutiPocket works with employers who want to support their neurodivergent staff, creating a sustainable model that benefits everyone.
