AutiPocket Limited is a UK-based company. This website — www.AutiPocket.com — is our public-facing information and booking platform. It provides information about who we are and what we offer, and allows visitors to book a meeting directly with our team via our Outlook calendar integration.

This Privacy Policy applies solely to this website. If you use the AutiPocket app, a separate Privacy Policy covers the data collected and processed through that service.

This website collects only the minimum personal data necessary to provide its functionality. When you book a meeting through our website, we collect:

We use the personal data collected through the booking tool solely to:

Confirm and manage your meeting booking

Send you calendar invitations and any necessary pre-meeting communications

5. Third-Party Services

Our booking functionality is powered by Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365. When you book a meeting, your name and email address are processed by Microsoft in order to create the calendar event. Microsoft acts as a data processor on our behalf and is bound by appropriate data processing terms.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain booking information (your name and email address) only for as long as is necessary:

Meeting booking records are retained for up to 12 months following the meeting date

If a meeting does not take place, booking data is deleted within 30 days of the scheduled date

After these periods, your personal data is securely deleted.
