Welcome to AutiPocket. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how you can use the AutiPocket app and services. By creating an account or using AutiPocket, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What AutiPocket is
AutiPocket is a wellbeing and support app designed to support autistic people and people who experience anxiety or overwhelm.
AutiPocket may include:
- Wellbeing tools and calming activities
- Games and videos
- Community features (available to users aged 18 and over)
- A helper chat service (available to users aged 18 and over)
AutiPocket is not a medical, clinical or emergency service.
Who can use AutiPocket
- You must provide your correct date of birth when signing up.
- Some features (including the helper chat and community features) are only available to users aged 18 and over.
- If you are under 18, you may still access age-appropriate features such as games and wellbeing content, but restricted features will not be available.
- Accounts and responsibility
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your login details secure
- Not allow others to use your account
You are responsible for activity on your account. - Helper chat – Important information
If you use the helper chat feature:
- Helpers provide emotional support, guidance and reassurance
- Helpers do not provide medical advice, therapy, legal advice or crisis intervention
- AutiPocket helpers may guide you toward external support services when appropriate
If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a crisis, you should contact:
- Emergency services
- A crisis hotline
- A trusted person in your life
AutiPocket is not a replacement for emergency or clinical support
Safeguarding and escalation
To keep users safe:
- Conversations may be reviewed internally for safeguarding purposes
- Support may be escalated to senior team members
- You may be signposted to external support
- AutiPocket may pause or end a conversation if it becomes unsafe or inappropriate
We aim to do this calmy, respectfully, and with your wellbeing in mind.
Community behaviour
AutiPocket is intended to be a safe, pressure-free space.
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten or abuse others
- Use hateful or discriminatory language
- Share illegal or harmful content
- Misuse the helper service
AutiPocket may suspend or close accounts that breach these expectations.
- Data and Privacy
Your privacy matters to us.
- We only collect data needed to run the app and provide support
- We do not share personal data with employers, sponsors, or third parties without consent
- Conversations are confidential, except where safeguarding requires escalation.
- We may use anonymised, aggregated data to understand trends and improve support. This may contribute to research or impact reporting but never includes identifiable information.

Some features may include optional paid content (such as in-app purchases).
- All payments are processed securely by third-party providers
- Prices will be shown clearly before purchase
- Refunds are subject to app store policies
Changes to the App
AutiPocket may:
- Update features
- Add or remove content
- Improve or change services over time
We aim to do this in ways that improve user experience and wellbeing.
Limitation or liability
AutiPocket is provided “as is”.
To the extent permitted by law:
- We are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on the app for medical, legal or emergency decisions
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under UK consumer law.
Ending your use of AutiPocket
You may stop using AutiPocket at any time
AutiPocket may suspend or close accounts if:
- These terms are breached
- There is serious misuses of the platform
- It is necessary to protect users or staff
